Celebrate Independence Day in Calhoun with an unforgettable evening of live entertainment, family fun, and a spectacular fireworks display at the Star-Spangled Celebration.
Held at the Northwest Georgia Agriculture & Event Center (1170 Liberty Road / Hwy 53 – Rome Road, Calhoun), this free community celebration brings together music, food, and patriotic festivities leading up to a grand fireworks finale honoring America’s 250th anniversary.
Guests can enjoy a lively lineup of entertainment throughout the evening, including performances by the Java Monkey Band, Tommy Ray Gurley & Friends, Magical Adventures Show, and nationally acclaimed stilt walker Carrie McQueen. Families will also find plenty to enjoy with a food court, local vendors, and kids’ play areas available on-site.
Gates open at 5:00 PM, and admission is free, making it an easy and affordable way to spend the holiday with friends and family. Be sure to bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for a full evening of celebration under the summer sky.
